BRAND NEW AND SEALED DVDS
During shipment, DVDs may be dislodged inside their cases (especially for sets with multiple disks). If you are very picky and would like to ensure that your DVDs do not have any scratches, please give me the permission to open your (sealed) DVDs so that if there are any problems, I can still return them to the supplier before I ship them to the Philippines. If you prefer that I ship your DVDs sealed, please accept my apologies if your new and sealed DVDs have scratches when you open them. I will not do a refund for slightly scratched NEW DVDs that plays perfectly.
On slipcases, please note that normally, DVDs come with slipcases only when they are first released. If I buy them new, unless it’s stated in the description that it will come with a slipcase, I will not guarantee this.
FYI, I buy from reputable retailers like Amazon and such. I will give you the DVDs as they are delivered to me by these suppliers.
USED DVDS
I will do my best to find you the best deal for used DVDs. Unfortunately, I will not have any control on scratches and such. However, I will ensure that your DVDs play without any problems despite and inspite of the scratches.
HOW TO ORDER
1. Just email me (or text me) the titles of your choice and I will send you a quotation for your wishlist.
2. Discounts may be given on a case to case basis EXCEPT on sale items. Prices of sale items are final.
3. I can also get you HD-DVDs and Blu-ray discs. If you are a loyal customer I may even extend my service to buying other stuff for you that you can not do so on your own (maybe because you don’t have paypal or you don’t have a US credit card.) I mostly sell Region 1 DVDs but if you want a Region 2 DVD or an Asian title, just include them in your list and I will try to find them for you.
4. Pick-up is normally along Emerald Ave. in Ortigas Center, Pasig City on most weekdays at 6pm onwards. Pick up can be done on weekends in the QC area. I am open to other pick-up arrangements on a case to case basis. Just text me.
5. I may also ship your DVDs to you via courier if that is your preference. Shipping cost will be to the account of the buyer and buyer must first pay for his purchases over Gcash or Banco De Oro SA deposit. Contact me for other payment options if this is not feasible for you.
6. Orders must be picked up at most 2 weeks from date of arrival of DVDs. I will text you or email you when DVDs have arrived. DVDs normally arrive 2nd or 3rd week of the month.
7. All orders are final unless we have a tacit arrangement to the contrary. Starting January 2008, a 30% down payment will now be required for first time buyers and all DVD purchases worth P10K or more (due to unscrupulous buyers who never picked up their orders 
). Repeat buyers (trusted ones who have never given me problems before! teehee!) are not required to make any down payment on less expensive items and can arrange for payment terms for high ticket ones. 
REFERRAL SYSTEM
Repeat buyers who will refer a friend will automatically get 10% off their next purchase. Please ask your friend to mention your name when inquiring so that I can note it down and apply your discount accordingly.
